Maruti Grand Vitara Zeta vs Brezza ZXI+: Comparison video

ToggleMaruti Suzuki launched several updated and new models in the market this year. The latest model to be launched was the all-new Grand Vitara SUV. Grand Vitara is a mid-size SUV and it competes with cars like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun in the segment. Other than Grand Vitara, Maruti also has Brezza compact SUV in its line up. It is the best seller in its segment and the heavily facelifted version was launched in the market earlier this year. Both these SUVs are different in many aspects and they cater demands of customers from different segments. Here we have a video where a vlogger compares the Zeta variant of Grand Vitara and top-end ZXI+ variant of Brezza.
The video has been uploaded by Anubhav Chauhan on his YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger talks about the features that are available with the Zeta variant and top-end ZXI+ variant of Grand Vitara and Brezza respectively. Zeta is one below the top-end Alpha variant of Grand Vitara Mild hybrid version and the ZXI+ is the top-end. The Maruti Brezza ZXI+ automatic version costs Rs 13.9 lakh, ex-showroom and Grand Vitara Zeta manual costs Rs 13.8 lakh, ex-showroom. Vlogger starts with the exterior features.

Brezza comes with dual projector LED headlamps, dual function LED DRLs, LED fog lamps and so on. The same features are offeres with Grand Vitara except the fog lamp. Both SUVs gets auto folding ORVMs with integrated LED turn indicators in it. Brezza however offers 360 degree camera while this features is missing in Grand Vitara. Brezza comes with electric sunroof, roof rails while the other SUV offers UV cut glasses and lower window chrome garnish. Both SUVs get request sensor on driver side but, only Grand Vitara offers it on co-driver and tail gate. Both these SUVs get shark fin antennas too.
Talking about dimensions, vlogger mentions that Grand Vitara is wider and longer. It also offers longer wheelbase and more ground clearance however Brezza is slightly taller. Both SUVs get dual-tone alloy wheels. Brezza gets 16 inch units while the Grand Vitara offer 17 inch units. At the rear, both SUVs offer all LED tail lamps, reverse parking sensor and camera, skid plate, rear windscreen wiper and defogger and so on. Grand Vitara also offers slightly bigger boot than Brezza. Moving in, vlogger mentions that Brezza offers all the features as this is the top-end variant.
Maruti is offering dual-tone cabin with fabric seats. The driver seat is manually adjustable, multi-function steering wheel, HUD, push button start/stop, 9 inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, paddle shifters, wireless phone charger and so on. Brezza offers decent amount of space for customers. He mentions that Grand Vitara might lack some of the features from Brezza but, it is more spacious and can seat 5 people comfortably. In Grand Vitara there are leather wrap on door pads and dashboard. The cabin is dual-tone and it feels more premium than Brezza. When compared with Brezza, Grand Vitara offers reclining seats for rear passengers and three-pointer seat belt for all 5 passengers. Both SUVs are powered by the same engine but, Grand Vitara is slightly more efficient. Vlogger mentions that if you are looking for a premium looking SUV with spacious cabin, then Grand Vitara makes more sense and if the priority is features, then Brezza is the SUV one should go for.
